Kati Rudlova

After I launched yorkrules3 (the third iteration of the site) earlier this year, I got distracted by other things – Yo Gabba Gabba, The Anthony Project, and a return visit to China, among them. Minor though they might have been, these interruptions have prevented me from getting this website into the shape I long ago envisioned.
One area in which it is sorely lacking is interactivity. Yorkrules is essentially just another ranting anonyblog, and I want it to be much more of an open conversation. Your comments and guest blogs are helping us get there, and thanks to artists like Kati Rudlova, who recently e-mailed share@yorkrules.com with some of her photography, we’re moving further in the right direction. Now if I can just finish yorkrules3 before I start getting antsy for yorkrules4!
Who is Kati Rudlova?
Is there any more difficult question than the question asking who we are really?
I remember, once while during the psychology courses at university, our professor asked us to take the paper and then we had to write down the replies to his questions… First question was “Who you are?”…the second question was “Who you are?”… the third question…….. All questions were the same question: “Who you are?” First you reply some banality but then you have to really think about yourself… and more this question come back, more you ask yourself who really you are? I found it very very interesting! I don’t remember much what were my first replies but I know that the last one (without knowing when the professor will ask his last question) was: Kati Rudlova is Kati Rudlova!

Why do you create?
Because I like it!
I think that everybody tries to do in his own life what he likes and I simply like to create so this is why I do it. It is great to do something that you really enjoy doing.
Self-Portrait

In both your own photography and in your modeling for others, you frequently appear nude. What does nudity allow you to express?
Myself!
Nude without clothes I am what I am. I express my sincerity, vulnerability, my emotions, my unity with the nature,…

How did you discover fetishism, and what appeals to you most about it?
I did discover fetishism modeling for the fetish photos. I like this strong, shiny imagery, I like to model for these kinds of photos to “discover a new look of myself” but it is not at all “my world.”

Describe a close friend, and what that friendship says about you.
To describe a close friend I have to think first to know who is really my close friend.
Strange, isn’t? I had one very close friend but since I am in France we lost contact little bit. She was like my sister at the time. Now I become very close with my own sister. It says about me that I have no problem with loneliness.
