After 18 months of intensive effort, we have reached our goal of presenting The Anthony Project as a gallery exhibition. Over 60 individuals and businesses contributed their time, money, products, and services to the project. I thank you all for being a part of our team.
I’m not declaring, “Mission Accomplished,” however. There’s still work to be done, but I’m taking a short break from my wired lifestyle before continuing forward. There will be no new posts on yorkrules until Wednesday, August 29th, 2007. During that time, I will also be abstaining from:
- Internet access
- Computer use
- iPod
- Telephone
- Television
- Radio
I will then use the hundreds of hours of new-found free time for offline creative pursuits, such as writing (by hand!) and drawing. There’s also a short adventure in the works, so please check back in 10 days when I return from the unplugged wilderness.

Have a great break, love! Looking forward to new content, post unplugged.
Yeesh, Julie. You’re such a kiss ass
The AP was awesome, Yorkie. Definitely warrants a break. But I’m betting dollars to donuts you can’t go without the iPod that long….
I see that Sweet Sweet didn’t make the list.
