One year ago today, Anthony Glass succumbed to cancer. In three weeks, The Anthony Project, a multimedia artistic endeavour exploring the human struggle for survival and the aftermath of loss, premieres at O’Melveny Gallery in Los Angeles, California.
I’ll be telling you more about the project as we get closer to the show’s opening. In the meantime, here’s how you can contribute to its successful completion:
- Spread the word. Share the project with your family, friends, and coworkers.
- Make a secure online donation.
We’ve raised $950 to date, and a number of individuals and businesses have contributed time, services, and products, but we still need more (mounting the artwork on foam core - the least expensive option - is going to cost $1500 alone.)
- Attend the two-day exhibition! We’re sharing Anthony’s story to bring comfort to those who have lost loved ones to this disease and to provide a perspective for those who may be touched by it in the future.

Cheesy to steal a quote from Harry Potter but my immediate thought was of Thony.
I think of you every day my Beautiful Anthony, with joy, sorrow, and most importantly, love.
I have managed to make donation for the project today, hope that will help. I will not able to come to the show since I am too far away (Hong Kong) but I would greatly appreciate if you can send me informations, pictures or videos of the show later. I really want to be part of the show and share the memory of Anthony. I miss him very much too.
