Terrible cooks and great chefs have one thing in common. They each combine ingredients and tastes that would normally not be considered complimentary. This is a signature technique of the original recipes featured on yorkrules. Whether that is a sign of imbibable brilliance or belching banality has yet to be determined.
The Lemon Basil Drop
- 1 scoop Delicieuse Artisanale Lemon Basil Sorbet
- 1 ounce vodka
- Splash of sparkling water
- 1 thin slice of lemon
Combine the sorbet and vodka in a cocktail shaker, then pour into a frosted martini glass. Add sparkling water and lemon slice, then serve.
